The present general terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the ALDRAN MEDICAL website by customers located in Spain.
Who We Are
ALDRAN MEDICAL is a company dedicated to the creation and distribution of cosmetic products, skincare under the brand name CROWNLIFT.
To complement the network of selected sales points and ALDRAN MEDICAL boutiques where its products are sold, ALDRAN MEDICAL has developed its own online sales website. ALDRAN MEDICAL sells products on its website only to individual consumers. Any order that does not correspond to a retail sale and any fraudulent or suspected fraudulent order will be treated as null by ALDRAN MEDICAL and will not be processed.
Particular customer attention is referred to Article 13 (ALDRAN MEDICAL’s liability to the customer).
1. DEFINITIONS
“Boutique” refers to a physical store of ALDRAN MEDICAL.
“Consumer” refers to (i) an individual and (ii) someone who acts entirely or mainly for purposes unrelated to their commercial, industrial, craft, or professional activity.
“Contract” refers to the contract concluded between the parties each time an order is finalized, under Article 6.3 of these general terms and conditions of sale.
“Customer(s)” refers to the user(s) who browse the website and place an order for product(s) for personal use.
“ALDRAN MEDICAL” refers to a company incorporated in Spain, headquartered at Calle Serrano Nº 43, 28001, Madrid, Spain. The registered CIF of ALDRAN MEDICAL is FNIF/CIF ESB-87422846. ALDRAN MEDICAL is the publisher of the website and Webempresa is the company that hosts the website, located in Madrid.
“General terms and conditions of sale” refers to these general terms and conditions of sale, which apply to all sales of products presented on the website.
“Party(ies)” refers, collectively or individually, to ALDRAN MEDICAL and/or the customer(s).
“Product(s)” refers to all cosmetic, skincare, and perfume products of the ALDRAN MEDICAL brand, presented for sale on the website.
“Website” refers to the ALDRAN MEDICAL online sales website, accessible through facial-mask.com and /es/es-es, and which offers the products for sale.
2. SCOPE OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
These general terms and conditions of sale set out the terms and conditions under which ALDRAN MEDICAL will proceed with the sale and delivery of products ordered by customers through the website and define the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale of products offered by ALDRAN MEDICAL on the website.
The customer can find the general terms and conditions of sale at any time at: [122](https://www.ALDRAN) MEDICAL.com/es/es-es/c/terms-of-sales.html and they will be communicated to the customer upon simple request through the contact form available on the website. The customer can also request previous versions of the general terms and conditions of sale.
By placing an order for a product offered on the website, the customer acknowledges – by checking the box “By validating the order, you accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale” – that they have been fully informed and have accepted these general terms and conditions of sale without restrictions before placing their order. This acceptance is not conditioned in any way by a handwritten signature from the customer.
The customer can, at any time, save or print the general terms and conditions of sale by clicking on the “print” icon, provided they do not modify them. Note that a copy of the latter will be sent to the customer with the order confirmation email.
ALDRAN MEDICAL reserves the right to modify the general terms and conditions of sale at any time. In the event of a modification of the general terms and conditions of sale, the applicable general terms and conditions of sale will be those in effect on the date of the order and sent with the order confirmation email.
The general terms and conditions of sale will apply without limitation to any sale of products on the website, excluding any other document and particularly, the conditions applicable to sales in stores or through any other distribution and marketing channel.
3. PRODUCTS
3.1 Product Description
The products offered for sale by ALDRAN MEDICAL are those presented on the website on the date of the customer’s connection, within the limits of available stocks. ALDRAN MEDICAL reserves the right to withdraw products from sale at any time.
ALDRAN MEDICAL takes the utmost care in presenting the products on the website. However, the images illustrating the products are for informational purposes only and are not contractual.
Indeed, although ALDRAN MEDICAL strives to ensure that the color of the products – whose photos are shown on the website – is true to the original, variations may occur (including slight differences in color and proportions), especially due to technical limitations in color reproduction of computer equipment. In particular, when using the “Customize” option, the presentation of products that include the customization options selected by the Customer in 3D mode will not be contractual, as it may differ slightly from the final Product. Consequently, ALDRAN MEDICAL is not responsible if the product varies from those images. The packaging of the products may vary from that shown in the images on the website.

3.2 Product Availability
The products shown on the website are offered for sale within the limits of available stocks. ALDRAN MEDICAL does not guarantee the availability of the products. In case of unavailability of one or more products after the order is completed, ALDRAN MEDICAL will inform the customer as soon as possible, by email or phone, of the unavailability of the product(s) and the total or partial cancellation of their order.
In case the order is completely canceled due to unavailability, the customer’s order will be automatically canceled, and the amount will not be charged to their bank account.
In case the order is partially canceled due to unavailability:
The customer’s order will be validated, and only the amount corresponding to the shipped products will be charged to their bank account,
The customer will be informed as soon as possible, by email or phone, of the unavailability of the corresponding product(s),
The customer will receive the available products.
4. PRICE
All product prices are fixed. Prices are expressed in euros, including all taxes. The applicable price is the one indicated for each product on the website. These prices include all applicable taxes on the date of the order but do not include shipping costs, which will be charged additionally and specified to the customer before finalizing the order.
Shipping costs will be indicated to the customer before validating their order. These general terms and conditions of sale offer several shipping methods, which may be modified by ALDRAN MEDICAL at any time.
The invoiced price is the price indicated to the customer on the order confirmation page, which appears on the screen when confirming the order and which ALDRAN MEDICAL sends to the customer by email.
ALDRAN MEDICAL reserves the right, and the customer accepts, to modify the price of the products at any time, without further formalities than making the changes on the website. These changes will not affect orders validated by the customer before their entry into force, subject to the availability of the ordered products.
5. RETENTION OF TITLE
The ordered products will remain the property of ALDRAN MEDICAL until the payment of their value is completed, including the principal value of the products, as well as the costs and taxes included in the invoice/receipt, and the shipping costs.
6. ORDERS
6.1 Order Conditions
ALDRAN MEDICAL only sells products to consumers through the website. The products are intended exclusively for the personal use of customers.
To place an order on the website, the customer must be of legal age, have legal capacity, and be the holder of a credit card or gift check.
6.2 Order Process
To place an order, the customer must follow these steps:
Fill the virtual shopping cart by clicking on the “Add to cart” icon and indicating the desired products.
Click on the “Checkout” button.
Review and modify, if necessary, the content of the virtual cart and then click on the “Checkout” button.
Identify themselves on the website, except if the customer has selected the “guest” option:
If the billing address and identification data are the same as the delivery address, validate the fields previously filled with this data. Otherwise, indicate the billing address and identification data if they are different.
Check the box “By validating the order, you accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.”
Until reaching the “Proceed to payment” step, the customer has the possibility to modify their order by clicking on the “Edit” icon, on the right side of the different pages. This allows the customer to correct any errors they may have made when filling out the different fields.
If the customer wishes to modify their order, they can click on the return arrow at the top left of their screen or click on the “View all details” button of the order summary on the right side of the screen. In this case, the customer will be redirected to their virtual shopping cart, where they can modify their order.
When the customer confirms their order by clicking on the “Proceed to payment” icon, it will no longer be possible to modify or cancel their order before proceeding to payment.
At the end of the order process, the customer will be asked to click on the “Proceed to payment” icon. This does not imply acceptance by ALDRAN MEDICAL of the customer’s order, and a contract will not be formed between the parties until the order is validated by ALDRAN MEDICAL, as explained in Article 6.3 below.
6.3 Final Order Validation – How is a Contract Formed?
After the payment is validated by the customer, ALDRAN MEDICAL will send them an order confirmation by email. The order confirmation includes a summary of the ordered products, the price, shipping costs, and the order number. It mentions the right of cancellation and contains a link to the general terms and conditions of sale in PDF version.
A contract between the parties is formed when the customer receives the order confirmation from ALDRAN MEDICAL by email as detailed above.
7. ARCHIVING AND PROOF OF CONTRACT
ALDRAN MEDICAL will not archive the contract details unless the order exceeds the value of €120, in which case ALDRAN MEDICAL will archive the contract for a period of 10 years from the date of the last delivery of the order.
These general terms and conditions of sale will be provided to the customer in PDF format, attached to the confirmation email sent by ALDRAN MEDICAL according to Article 6.3, and ALDRAN MEDICAL recommends that the customer print or save them for future reference. However, at any time, the customer can request the details of their order(s) through the contact form available on the website or at the email [email protected]
8. PAYMENT
ALDRAN MEDICAL accepts payments by debit or credit card (only Visa, Mastercard, and American Express), ApplePay, or STRIPE.
Payment with STRIPE
At the time of order validation, the “STRIPE” payment option will automatically redirect you to the “STRIPE” platform.
You must log in to your “STRIPE” account with your access data. If you do not have an account created, you have the option to create a STRIPE account. After validating your order with “STRIPE,” you will be redirected to the ALDRAN MEDICAL.com confirmation page.
Payment with Credit Card
At the time of order validation, if you choose the credit card payment option, you will need to enter your credit card number, the credit card expiration date, the cardholder’s name, and the card security code (the last three or four numbers on the back of the credit card).
Payment is made using the secure server of the payment service provider Cybersource, integrated into the site (more information below). This means that no customer banking information is processed on the website by ALDRAN MEDICAL. Credit card payment is completely secure.
All orders are paid in euros and include VAT.
The credit card charge is made at the time of order shipment.
Payments by check are not accepted.
The customer guarantees to ALDRAN MEDICAL that they have the required authorizations to use the chosen payment method at the time of order validation. In case of bank rejection, the order will be automatically canceled, and ALDRAN MEDICAL will not be responsible for the cancellation of the customer’s order.
The invoice will be available on the website. If the customer has an account, they can log in, go to the “My Order” section, and click on “View Invoice.” If the customer does not have an ALDRAN MEDICAL account, they can click on the “Account” icon and enter their order number, order email, and billing postal code to view, save, and/or print the invoice.
9. DELIVERY
9.1 Delivery Address
The products ordered by the customer in accordance with these general terms and conditions of sale will be delivered to the postal address indicated by the customer as the delivery address when placing their order.
9.2 Delivery Time / Shipping Costs
The delivery time and shipping costs depend on the shipping method chosen by the customer when placing the order.
The delivery time begins when the confirmation email is sent. Once the order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number is sent to the customer.
For all shipments, the products are delivered by DPD, and the shipping costs are set at the amount indicated on our website from time to time.
Each package contains a delivery note indicating the conditions and possible ways to return the received products.
10. RECEIPT OF PRODUCTS
Upon receiving the products, the customer must check the good condition of the packaging and the conformity of the delivered products with the order and inform ALDRAN MEDICAL as soon as possible of any error, damage to the packaging, or the non-arrival of any product.
In case of any error or irregularity related to the delivery, especially the deterioration or partial non-arrival of products (missing products compared to the ALDRAN MEDICAL invoice, delivery delay, etc.), the customer must indicate their reservations on the delivery note provided by the carrier, which will then be communicated to ALDRAN MEDICAL through the contact form available on the website within a maximum of ten (10) days from the receipt of the products.
In case the customer reports a missing product or a delivery delay, ALDRAN MEDICAL will conduct an investigation with the carrier.
In case of a missing product, if the product appears before the indicated delivery date, the product will be sent to the delivery address specified in the order form.
If the order or the missing product has not been delivered after the indicated delivery time, for a reason other than force majeure, the customer must contact ALDRAN MEDICAL through the contact form available on the website.
If the delivery is not made within a reasonable additional time, the customer has the possibility to cancel the contract by making a declaration to that effect, by any means, including email, postal mail, or the contact form available on the website. The contract will be considered canceled once ALDRAN MEDICAL receives the customer’s request indicating their decision (unless ALDRAN MEDICAL has already done so). In that case, all amounts paid by the customer (including shipping costs) will be refunded to the customer as soon as possible and no later than fourteen (14) days from the date the contract is canceled.
11. RIGHT OF CANCELLATION AND RETURN OF PRODUCTS
In accordance with the provisions of EU Directive No. 2011/83/EU of October 25, 2011, for any reason, the customer can exercise their right of cancellation within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the package. If ALDRAN MEDICAL sends the customer several products from an order in separate packages, those fourteen (14) days will start counting from the date the customer receives the last package that is part of their order.
However, according to the aforementioned EU directive, ALDRAN MEDICAL will not accept the return of personalized products unless they are damaged or do not correspond to the customization options selected by the Customer.
To exercise their right of cancellation, the customer must make a clear declaration to that effect, either by phone, email, postal mail, or through the website’s contact form. The customer can also use the model cancellation form produced in Annex 1 of these general terms and conditions (although they are not obliged to do so).
ALDRAN MEDICAL will inform the customer of the receipt of the cancellation as soon as possible by sending an email to the customer.
From the exercise of their right of cancellation, the customer will have another period of fourteen (14) days to return the ordered products.
The return of unsealed, opened, and/or used products will not be accepted for hygiene and health reasons. The customer must return the products in perfect condition and in their original packaging, unopened, so that the product can be resold, following the procedure described in the return form included with the package. The products must be returned along with the return form, which is sent with the package and is also available on the website, duly completed. If the customer is authorized to return the products according to the above conditions, the customer can return their order free of charge through Colissimo, using the Colissimo label. To obtain the return label, the customer must contact ALDRAN MEDICAL Customer Service, either through the contact form available on the website www.facial-mask.com (subject: online purchases). The customer can track their package through the tracking link sent with the order confirmation email to avoid any inconvenience in case of loss or theft of the products during the return transport.
If the above conditions are met, ALDRAN MEDICAL will reimburse the customer the total amount paid for the returned products, using the same payment method as the order, except for the return costs, within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the return form, or – at the latest – from the most recent of the following dates: the day on which ALDRAN MEDICAL receives the returned products or the day on which the customer provides ALDRAN MEDICAL with proof of shipment of the products corresponding to the exercise of their right of cancellation, whichever occurs first. In case the customer has expressly chosen a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery method proposed by ALDRAN MEDICAL, the additional costs will not be reimbursed and will be borne by the customer.
In case of a partial return of products, ALDRAN MEDICAL will only reimburse the price of the returned products excluding delivery costs, to the extent that the customer has benefited from the delivery service for the items they keep and the delivery rates do not change based on the ordered volume.
12. LEGAL WARRANTY
ALDRAN MEDICAL guarantees that all products are suitable for the use for which they are intended and do not have any faults or hidden defects that make them dangerous or unsuitable for normal use.
13. ALDRAN MEDICAL’s Liability to the Customer
ALDRAN MEDICAL is only responsible for the diligent execution of its services. Only the customer will judge if the ordered products are suitable and adapted to their needs and consumption.
ALDRAN MEDICAL will not accept any responsibility if the customer uses the product(s) without respecting their instructions for use.
Before placing an order, the customer declares their full legal capacity, which authorizes them to carry out the transaction in accordance with these general terms and conditions of sale. ALDRAN MEDICAL will not assume any responsibility for confirming the legal capacity of customers or visitors. Consequently, if a person without legal capacity orders products on the website, their legal guardians will assume responsibility for that order, particularly for its payment.
ALDRAN MEDICAL does not guarantee that the website will be available uninterruptedly, timely, securely, or error-free. In particular, ALDRAN MEDICAL will not be responsible for:
• Interruptions, malfunctions, or delays recorded on the website due to technical failures, force majeure, third parties, or any circumstances beyond ALDRAN MEDICAL’s control;
• The impossibility or temporary inability of the customer to access the website due to circumstances beyond ALDRAN MEDICAL’s control, such as a computer failure, telephone network interruptions, internet, or the customer’s equipment being unable to access the internet.
ALDRAN MEDICAL will not be responsible for (i) the loss, alteration, or fraudulent access to the customer’s personal data, (ii) the accidental transmission of viruses or other harmful components resulting from internet access or email communications.
Without limiting any other provision of these general terms and conditions of sale, ALDRAN MEDICAL will only accept responsibility for a failure duly proven and exclusively attributable to ALDRAN MEDICAL. The liability is strictly limited to direct damages. ALDRAN MEDICAL reserves the right to suspend access to the website at any time.
14. CLAIMS – INFORMATION
ALDRAN MEDICAL will not be responsible for inadequate performance or partial or total non-performance of the obligations of this document if it is due to the customer, any unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party, or a case of force majeure defined by jurisprudence. These cases will justify the interruption and/or extinction of ALDRAN MEDICAL’s obligations without the customer being able to request any compensation or damage.
16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All intellectual property rights related to the products presented for sale on the website are and will remain the exclusive property of ALDRAN MEDICAL. All rights are exclusively reserved. Therefore, no one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, disseminate, or use in any way, even partially, these intellectual property rights unless prior written consent has been obtained from ALDRAN MEDICAL. The trademarks and logos of ALDRAN MEDICAL are registered trademarks. Consequently, any reproduction constitutes an infringement.
17. COMPLETE AGREEMENT
These general terms and conditions of sale, the order summary communicated to the customer, and the order confirmation email constitute the complete agreement between the parties. These are the only binding and enforceable contractual documents between the parties, excluding any other document or photograph of the products, which will only be considered as an indication.
18. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These general terms and conditions of sale and the contractual relationship between ALDRAN MEDICAL and the customer will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law unless local legislation is mandatory or more favorable to the customer. All disputes or differences that may arise in connection with or related to these general terms and conditions of sale, or in connection with the relationship between the parties, will first be submitted to a consumer mediator. If an amicable solution is not reached, any dispute will be submitted to and finally resolved by the courts of SPAIN.
